"Creatures of Comfort" at OMM - Odunpazarı Modern Museum brings together contemporary artworks and whimsical designs. Curated by Idil Tabanca, this exhibition features international artists and designers whose creations transcend traditional boundaries in painting, sculpture, installation, and furniture design, redefining the relationship between form and function.

In an era where modern humans spend more than three-quarters of their lives indoors, nature feels more distant than ever. "Creatures of Comfort" explores works that create space for nature to re-enter our urban lives. The artists incorporate elements of nature and human characteristics into their creations, bringing soul to functional objects.

Within the framework of sustainable film screenings organized with the support of UBP Bank and in collaboration with Bozcaada Film Festival, The Waiting will be at OMM. The Waiting is a documentary that explores the universal human experience of waiting from different perspectives. The film portrays turning points in people’s lives across the globe and the waiting periods they experience during these moments. From hospital rooms to migration routes, from war zones to everyday life, this film delicately captures the challenges and hopes brought by waiting. The Waiting invites the audience to empathize with and understand the shared experiences of humanity.

Delikado is a powerful documentary that tells the story of environmental activists in the Philippines fighting for their survival. UBP Bank desteğiyle, Bozcaada Film Festivali  işbirliğiyle gerçekleştirilen sürdürülebilir film gösterimleri kapsamında; A World to Shape OMM’da. A World to Shape, sürdürülebilir tasarımın öncü isimlerini ve bu alandaki yenilikçi projeleri ele alan bir belgesel. Film, dünya çapında doğaya saygılı bir yaşam tarzını benimsemek için çalışan tasarımcıların, mimarların ve mühendislerin hikâyelerini anlatıyor. Sürdürülebilirlik üzerine odaklanan bu belgesel, çevre dostu yapılar, malzemeler ve yaşam alanları üzerine gelişen yaratıcı fikirleri izleyiciye sunuyor. A World to Shape, tasarımın ve mimarinin dünyayı nasıl daha iyi bir yer haline getirebileceğini gösteren ilham verici bir yolculuk sunuyor.

Not hearing your heart and inner voice is like going deaf all of a sudden. I always need them to not get lost. It is me that means my work, and it is me that means my work.”
